My review was pretty harsh for the last season, and when I started watching season eight, I really didn’t have high hopes for it. But it seems that I underestimated the cast and crew of The Office. Let’s just say that season seven’s unbalance was for everyone trying to figure out what to do after Michael left. But a season later, it seems that no one in The Office needs Michael anymore. I won’t rise up to the point of saying that it was as good as when Michael was in the show (because those shoes simply could not be filled), but they are getting significantly better at playing through the show without Steve Carell. And as most people will agree with me, I will say that Robert California went from a good character, to the character that I most dreaded in the season. To add on, I’m truly sad to say that Pam was not a favourite of mine this season. Personally, she just didn’t seem herself anymore. But everyone, including Jim, Pam, Dwight, Andy, Erin, and the other were definitely trying their best to fill Steve’s shoes, which I applaud them for @thesoundofcolours of the Teen Review Board at the Hamilton Public Library
