Ditto on the right wing trash comment, I just skimmed this book a short time ago, not worth fully reading. The "Author Notes" doesn't mention that Stephen Moore was affiliated with the George W. Bush administration and, if I'm not mistaken, is a cousin to former Treasury Secretary (under Obama Administration), Timothy Geithner, who was first appointed - - not by Clinton - - but by President George H.W. Bush!
