Changeling by Philippa Gregory. This is the tale of a seventeen year old novitiate who is charged with finding out heresy in 15th century Europe. Mysterious sealed orders send him to a nunnery where there have been mysterious goings on and where some of the nuns have been dying unexplainable deaths. A who-done-it set in a long ago part of Europe. Replete with dangerous lords, charges of witchcraft and werewolves. The book is easily read and amusing to read. Found in the “teen” shelves.

An intriguing book. Sometimes I had a hard time understanding the writing since the book is set in 1453 but I could usually understand the gist of it from context. The characters were interesting. The dialogue between them was great and was often funny. I'm excited for the next book in the series and interested to see how the relationships between the characters develop.
