I LUVED the rather comical romance between Katricia--an Enforcer...and Lucian Argeneau's niece-- and Teddy--the human sheriff -- set in the small Canadian town of Port Henry (fictional? or Kingston...where I know of a Fort Henry)...that Lucian's dismay...many of the humans know that the Atlantean Immortals live among them. Lucian's concern about the town was first mentioned in the novel "Accidental Vampire", where he charged his younger brother, Victor, to make sure the Atlanteans's secret doesn't get out to the rest of the human world. Victor met and married Elvi--the accidental vampire in Port Henry.

The Lynsay Sands story was a total disappointment - as in there was no real story line & nothing much happened. The other story by Jeaniene Frost had a much better story line but was not all that Christmasy
