Be aware that you have to buy melt-and-pour soap to make these recipes. Here "natural" means avoiding all animal and petroleum based products, synthetic colorants and fragrances. You would also have to access stuff like essential oils, flowers, Shea butter, and all kinds of other unusual things like mica powder.

Clays and mica powders are used in many of these recipes. Are they compatible with a septic system? I suspect not, but the issue is not addressed.
