At the end of every horror movie, one girl always survives...in this case, Cassie Hack not only survives, she turns the tables by hunting and destroying the horrible slashers that would do harm to the innocent! Alongside the gentle giant known as Vlad, the two cut a bloody path through those who deserve to be put down...hard! This collection combines EUTHANIZED, GIRLS GONE DEAD, COMIC BOOK CARNAGE, LAND OF LOST TOYS #1-3, TRAILERS, the SLICE HARD prequel and SLICE HARD, and the hellish crossovers with CHUCKY and EVIL ERNIE into one bloody (and hilarious) volume. Plus, a bonus story: SLASHING THROUGH THE SNOW. Also includes over 40 pages of sketches, designs, interviews, and an in-depth report on the Hack/Slash stage play.

This graphic novel contains a series of short stories about two characters who hunt horrific creatures called slashers. Most of the art is very well done; however, the stories are largely shallow satires featuring the usual horror genre cliches.

Almost as if scooby doo was the last living victim in a slasher movie and decided to go after all slasher. Only instead of a dog and the gang it's Cassie and Vlad. This series is a lot of fun for anyone that loves horror movies as they go after many well known villains including even Chucky! Also, as a cool bonus a lot of it is based in Chicago as that's where the writer is from!
