This time I felt that the story was a little slow going in the beginning. It took me a while to really get into it. I liked the first book more, but once the pace picked up, this book was another great effort by Zadoff. I also should mention it ended with a cliffhanger that had me eager to read the third book.

After asking a few too many questions on his last mission, Boy Nobody is given a redemptive chance to stop a crazy, right-wing paramilitary camp leader from undertaking home-ground terrorism. Zadoff's second in the series is another fast-paced, action-packed story. Of course, things don't go off without a hitch, Boy Nobody is cut off from his 'mentors' and has to negotiate the dangerous terrain on his own. He finds out that if you raise a kid without encouraging self-esteem, you create the kind of crazed maniac you want to prevent.

"Sixteen-year-old assassin Boy Nobody -- currently known as Daniel -- is on a mission to take down Camp Liberty, a secret paramilitary program for teens. But before he can kill the camp's leader, he has to infiltrate the ranks of the terrorists-in-training and gain their trust. When he loses contact with his own leaders in the enigmatic Program, Daniel's loyalty to the organisation -- and his will to survive -- are put to the test. Older readers who prefer Jason Bourne to Alex Rider will relish the tech, tension, and relentless, bloody action in this gripping 2nd book in the Unknown Assassin series." I enjoyed both this and the first book in the series. I'll definitely be reading any further books. Zach is cool, and Zadoff has thrown in more intrigue this time around, but I think my favourite thing about this series is the relationship between Zach and Howard, which is at once awkward and sweet and funny.
